Yes you do have to buy them. But the games will be rendered in full 3D, which means it won't be like the crappy movie theaters.

yeah but the 3d glasses are such a pain to wear. They hurt your eyes after too long and they are just plain annoying sometimes. They have to be really quality things if thier to be any good...else we might see some problems along the lines of the Virtual Boy!
